Kindergarten students have been learning about insects and the life cycle of the butterfly. In each classroom, the students are raising caterpillars which are in the process of developing into painted lady butterflies.

Over the past couple of weeks, all first grade students have been learning about zoo animals. We have been learning about kangaroos, tigers, lions, zebras, snakes, giraffes, and monkeys. As a finale to learning about these animals, all first grade students will be going on a field trip to the Sacramento zoo.
